Participation Requirements
- Guests must be between 59–77 inches tall to safely fit and use the equipment as intended.
- Guests must weigh between 70–300 pounds to ensure the equipment fits and functions safely.
- This experience is not recommended for children under 13 due to the physical activity and equipment involved.
- Guests must be able to walk and stand independently, and move their arms and legs freely while supporting about 30 pounds of equipment.

What kinds of events can I host?
JUMP is built for bringing people together. We host birthdays, celebrations, family and friend gatherings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, team outings, client events, company events, and more. Whether you’re celebrating something big or simply looking for an unforgettable way to get everyone together, we’ll help you make it an experience worth remembering.
What is included with every event?
Every event includes dedicated time for your group, exclusive access to the JUMP hangar, and access to Basecamp, the Limitless Pit Stop, and our front lobby throughout your event. Beverages from the Limitless Pit Stop are also included. Your event is structured so your guests can move through check-in, suit-up, the JUMP experience, and time together as a group.
How many guests fly at once?
Two guests fly at a time in our two separate JUMP bays. Although they are in different bays, they can see and talk to each other during the experience, allowing them to share the flight together.
What is everyone else doing while they wait?
Your group moves through the experience together. Guests may be checking in, getting suited up, preparing for their flight, or watching the guests currently flying. From the hangar, your group can watch a live POV of the flight. They'll also get to see their teammates step up to the edge through our transition glass before the display changes to the guest's point of view once they make the JUMP.
Can we bring food or catering?
Yes. You may add the option to bring in your own catered food for a $100 flat fee, regardless of which event package you choose. The fee covers setup and cleanup by our team. Food can be enjoyed in the designated event areas during your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
All event bookings require full payment to secure the reserved time. Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–9 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule may be requested at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Do I need to collect waivers from everyone?
No. Once your event is booked, we’ll provide you with a private registration link and event code to send to everyone participating. Each guest will use the link to create their own JUMP account, sign their waiver, and receive their pass before arriving. We recommend that everyone complete registration in advance so your event can begin smoothly.
Can we add more guests later?
Yes. We understand guest counts can change. You may add up to 6 additional guests, subject to availability. Additional participants are added in pairs for $249.75, and each pair extends your event by 15 minutes so everyone has the opportunity to fully experience JUMP.
Who can participate in JUMP?
Most guests can participate in JUMP. Participants must be 59–77 inches tall, weigh 70–340 pounds, and be able to walk independently while wearing approximately 30 pounds of equipment. For safety reasons, guests should also be in generally good health.
If you have anyone in your group you're unsure about, feel free to contact us before your event. We're happy to answer questions and help determine whether JUMP is a good fit.
How far in advance should I reserve my event?
We recommend booking as soon as you know your preferred date, especially for Friday evenings, Saturdays, holidays, and larger groups. Availability is limited because events reserve dedicated time in the facility.
